I have the same issue. This app is a POS. It will work on one device but not another. Sometimes I have to restart repeatedly to get purchases to show up. The Zune app actually worked. This thing is useless. I too have this issue.

It's totally jacked windows 10 movies and tv app download. I'm embarrassed for Microsoft they rushed the 10 completely.

Evilkneil Replied on November 3, Its not true that they will give you a refund. Downloaded a movie 5 days ago to watch while travelling. It wouldnt play. They refused to refund saying that you can only get one if you report a problem after 2 days.
